Our Community Wellness Mornings are a gentle way to start the day with intention. Through a variety of simple practices like movement, breath, stillness, time together, and of course chiropractic adjustments, we create space for your nervous system to settle and reconnect. These mornings are less about performance and more about presence, just an opportunity to support your nervous system and overall wellbeing in a grounded, intentional way.
Cold exposure can be a powerful stimulus for nervous system regulation when approached with intention and support. Our Community Cold Plunge offers a safe, guided environment to explore the cold while learning to use the breath to stay in the present moment. We meet at AmsterDeck and take a plunge into the refreshing, natural waters of the Nieuwe Meer.
Our Run Club is about movement and connection, not performance. This social run winds through the trees of Amsterdamse Bos at a relaxed pace, helping you clear your mind and meet other members of our community. Moving our bodies with consistency is vital for our overall wellbeing, and our Run Club is an opportunity to move together in the fresh air of the forest.
